Prices, specifications and availability shown are indicative and may change without notice. The price in our formal quotation applies for the validity period stated in it.
4Payment and delivery
Payment and credit terms for trade accounts are set out in the quotation or agreement. Delivery dates are estimates and depend on stock, project location and site access.
5Returns and claims
Inspect goods on delivery and report shortages or damage within the period stated in the quotation. Made-to-order and cut-to-length items may be subject to special return terms.
6Content and intellectual property
Text, images and logos on this site belong to or are licensed to SURBAHLA and may not be reused without written permission. Calculators and articles are general guidance and do not replace advice from a qualified engineer.
7Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site or reliance on calculator results.
8Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
